We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Safety & Productivity Business in Elyria, OH. This role follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday per week—giving you the best of both collaboration and flexibility.
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll strategically partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to drive innovative recruiting initiatives, build strong talent pipelines, and create an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you’ll take a proactive, relationship-driven approach to full-cycle recruiting, ensuring we hire top talent who align with Emerson’s values and business goals.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Partners to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with business needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates. Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR Partners on hiring best practices, market trends, talent insights, and opportunities for process improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes. Use Oracle Recruit Cloud (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and manage the hiring process efficiently. Proactively source and engage a strong talent pipeline through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social networking sites, and professional groups. Partner with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to support initiatives related to process improvement, technology enhancements, and recruitment strategy optimization.
