Talent Acquisition Partner Background Investigator
Talent Acquisition Partner Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will support our diversified portfolio of clients across the Intelligence Community, DoD, and Federal Civilian sectors. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment supporting both active requirements and future proposal needs. You will leverage prior networking relationships and continue to build upon a large pool of candidates through various sourcing activities such as networking, social media, user groups, professional affiliations, job postings and various web-based sites. Location: McLean, VA (Partial Telecommuting Options) Responsibilities: + Perform full lifecycle recruiting (Requisition to Offer) to identify top talent for time critical requirements and future business needs + Source active and passive candidates from job boards, referrals, social media mediums, networking and internet groups, and hiring events + Review and screen prospective candidates for position and culture fit; conducting phone screens and face to face interviews in an engaging manner with in depth knowledge of the company and project + Post and manage requisitions within our ATS and across job boards and social media channels + Coordinate and facilitate the interview process including phone and face-to-face interviews + Capture action items from hiring managers, directors, and VP's to streamline requisition creation and prioritization + Maintain proper requisition, applicant, and interview data and documentation in applicant tracking system + Support proposal efforts through contingent offers and identifying key personnel + Complete all required candidate selection process functions and associated documents within our ATS + Work closely with the hiring managers to prepare and administer offer packages, and work with the HR team to facilitate the transition to onboarding as new employees + Attend company and networking events on an ongoing basis + Ensure compliance with Affirmative Action requirements and OFCCP applicant tracking procedures Minimum Requirements: + At least (2) years of successful experience recruiting in the DoD and/or intelligence community + Must be willing to work from our HQ office in McLean for a minimum of the first 90 days (telecommuting options available, subject to meeting performance standards) + Clearly understand technical terminology and latest technical skill sets + Well versed in effective sourcing (Boolean search strings, social network, etc.), interviewing and evaluation techniques + Proficient computer skills to include ATS experience (Jobvite experience a plus), MS Office + Outstanding written and verbal communication + Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills amidst shifting priorities + Demonstrated results of meeting and exceeding goals + Proven track record of network recruiting + Ability to quickly adapt to evolving and changing environments + Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience a plus + Experience working in a performance-based recruiting environment (metrics driven) a plus About Xcelerate Solutions: Founded in 2009 and headquartered in McLean, VA, Xcelerate Solutions (www.xceleratesolutions.com) is one of America's fastest-growing companies.
