About The Role

 

We are looking for a passionate recruitment professional with a flair for finding top talent to join our fantastic Talent Acquisition Europe team, supporting our sites in the Netherlands.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and your HR colleagues across Europe. Your main responsibilities will include recruiting for immediate, planned, and project-based requirements, building a robust talent pipeline for the business, and promoting the Employer Brand. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for multiple countries across Europe and will have strong relevant recruitment experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition or RPO capacity.

 

Fluency in both Dutch and English is an essential requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies across multiple functions. Take an active role in the entire recruitment process. This involves defining role requirements, selecting suitable recruitment channels, conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments, and overseeing pipelines until negotiation and candidate acceptance. Conduct site visits, meeting with senior stakeholders on site to discuss hiring needs. Implement creative recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands across the business - using various recruitment methods as appropriate - job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc. Collaborate with HR to evaluate internal talent, support talent transitions, contribute to strategy sessions, provide offer guidance, and ensure seamless candidate pre-boarding. Establish strategic relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing regular updates, valuable insights, and market intelligence. Build strong, external, strategic relationships in order to promote Kerry as an Employer of Choice. Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately on the Global Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors. Be responsible for accurate and timely reporting when required by the Senior Executive team. Report and measure the impact / return-on-investment of various activities including spend, agency usage, recruitment campaigns and various recruitment metrics. Work cross-functionally to promote our Employer Brand and always represent Kerry in the best possible way. Qualifications & Skills:

 

Bachelor’s Degree Strong relevant recruitment experience at a senior level within an in-house Talent Acquisition / RPO capacity, ideally in a Netherlands based role. Fluency in Dutch and English is an essential requirement for this role. Proven experience recruiting for the Dutch market, ideally in a manufacturing environment, across blue and  white-collar recruitment. Proven ability to implement and project-manage initiatives for Continuous Improvement. Experience with social media technologies and sourcing candidates via these channels. Experience partnering with managers, interviewers and team members throughout the recruitment process. Must have competency-based interviewing experience. Experience applying psychometric evaluations and assessments. Must be well organized and place an importance on delivering within timelines – must place great emphasis on quality but also quick delivery and display a sense of urgency.
