Together with an extensive ecosystem of knowledge partners, customers and suppliers, we work on radars for naval vessels, cyber security solutions, communication equipment for land forces, cryogenic cooling solutions, research & development for radar tech (in collaboration with TU Delft) and research & development for serious gaming (in collaboration with the University of Twente).
We are looking for an additional Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our Netherlands Team, as Thales is experiencing a growing demand for new employees.
In our hybrid set up, the role can be located in four cities: Hengelo (HQ), Huizen, Delft or Eindhoven
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Responsible for the full cycle recruitment of roles at various levels, especially for technical roles
Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with your hiring managers
You analyze the hiring manager, business needs as well as labor market insight and translate them into an agreed recruitment approach, aimed at the fulfillment of the needs within time and quality constraints
You source and attract relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Phenom and additional innovative tools
You select and interview suitable candidates using competency-based interview techniques and, if necessary, other tests. Also, you ensure the proposed candidate(s) are interviewed and evaluated by the business in line with the agreed recruitment approach.
Job offer management
Partner with hiring managers across the Netherlands organization
Liaise with HR colleagues from Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, HR Shared Service Center, HR Business Partners, etc.
Work on strategic initiatives such as proactive sourcing, nurturing talent pools, diversity & inclusion

Proven ability to hire against hard to fill engineering roles in the Netherlands
Proven ability to identify the hiring manager’s needs and translate them into recruitment plans
Strong sourcing skills, - proven ability to identify and convert passive candidates. Ideally use tools/sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIN and able to approach talents with high degree of personalization
Diversity sourcing experience would be a plus
Proven ability in behavioral interviewing
Ability to drive the process with speed and expertise independently as a strategic advisor
Ability to use business acumen, judgment and enterprise wide thinking while driving successful outcomes
Ability to manage hiring manager’s expectation using internal and external data. Ability to deal with hiring managers using a consultative approach
Strong customer focus
Cross-border hiring experience would be a plus
