The Talent Acquisition Partner will work with hiring managers and other HR staff to provide full life-cycle recruiting support to meet the needs of the business in a timely and cost effective manner. This position will have full responsibility for candidate sourcing and screening/interviewing, and for managing the offer and hiring processes for assigned requisitions.

**Description**
1. Manages relationships with department leaders, hiring managers and others to review the workforce, staffing needs and recruitment strategies to ensure a quick, effective and successful acquisition of talented candidates.
2. Works with department leaders and other HR staff to manage the requisition and posting process or communicates with vendors when placed with agency.
3. Work with vendors on providing candidates for the requisition.
4. Matches and evaluates candidate skills through screening and assessment. Reviews candidate applications, work history and disclosures involving other HR staff when necessary.
5. Utilizes behavioral-based competency interview techniques to evaluate and recommend candidates for selection.
6. Resolve all payroll issues with accounting and vendors.
7. Advises and educates hiring managers about recruitment responsibilities, legal requirements, and appropriate candidate management techniques. Guides candidates and hiring managers through hiring and onboarding process by initiating clear and timely communication.
8. Recruit diverse candidates to improve company creativity, innovation and performance by ensuring we attract diverse candidates to our opportunities.
9. Produce and maintain data, metrics and analysis on temp staffing programs and efforts.
10. Ensure that vendors are engaged and adhering to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
11. Produce and maintain data, metrics and analysis on recruiting programs and efforts.
12. Develop professionally by researching and taking advantage of learning opportunities (training courses, reading, certifications, networking events, conferences, webinars, social media, etc.)
13. Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
