Position Summary: 

The Talent Acquisition Partner - Salary is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, sourcing high-quality candidates through networking and diverse channels, conducting in-depth interviews, utilizing TireHub’s Total Rewards packages, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle.

This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Leader – Salary.

Role Specifics:

·         Strategic Planning: Partners with functional and HR Leadership to understand business goals, translate to identify skills, and develop proactive recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

·         Candidate Sourcing and Relationship Management:  Utilizes various methods (networking, social media, job boards, candidate relationship management tools and professional associations) to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. 

·         Candidate Evaluation: Conducts thorough candidate screening and in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications, TireHub’s commitments, and potential for success.  

·         Hiring Manager Partnerships: Owns business and stakeholder relationships providing strategic guidance and coaching in close partnership with hiring managers and interview teams.  Manages across multiple functions collaborating and partnering with multiple hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

·         Delivers on TireHub’s Total Rewards: Maintains a strong understanding of TireHub’s total rewards package inclusive of compensation, benefits, culture, etc. presents and reviews with candidates throughout the process.  Partners with hiring managers and hiring teams through the process and in the job offer discussions. Escalates competitive opportunities.

·         TireHub Branding: Contributes to maintaining a positive brand by promoting the TireHub’s culture and employee value proposition.

·         Diversity Recruiting: Implements strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote inclusivity throughout the recruitment process.

·         Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracks key recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future hiring decisions.

·         Talent Pipeline Management: Builds and maintains a network of qualified candidates for future openings by establishing connections and utilization of candidate management tools.

·         Technology: Utilizes applicant tracking system and other technologies and systems for efficient management of total recruitment processes. Leverages HRIS system for managing recruitment and HR functions.

·         Leads by Influence:  Proactively able to drive towards outcomes with cross-functional teams without formal authority by building strong relationships, fostering collaboration, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.  Uses data driven insights, effective communication and active listening to inspire alignment and action.

·         Process execution:  Follows legal requirements, TireHub policies, procedures and processes throughout the full cycle of the hiring process. Proactively identifies and removes roadblocks while maintaining TireHub’s standards and processes.

·         Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.

·         Must be able to comply with all TireHub policies and procedures.

·         Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership.

Education/Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR management or related field.

·         At least 7 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions in a corporate and/or agency environment.

·         A minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting for mid to senior-level roles in a corporate environment.

·         Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred) and other recruitment tools including candidate relationship management systems.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

A valid Driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience required (3 years preferred; Does not include time on learner’s permits).

 

Working Conditions:

This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment. Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles. Must be able to work flexible hours during routinely critical times to support the department. Must be able to travel up to 10% to engage with Hiring Managers/Teams and Business Partners. This role is based in our headquarters office in Dunwoody, GA, and requires a strong in-person presence.
