In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes, to fulfill our Client's requests, while being compliant with Transcom's innovative ways of working, using the ATS system, online assessment tool, and many others. You will be supporting the German and Polish Team, working from Poland (remotely, or in a hybrid model - it depends on you).
