Primary Function

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Programs Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various programs within our organization. In partnership with the Manager TA Program, the TA Programs Recruiter will assist in coordinating the organization’s various initiatives such as, but not limited to, early career development programs and diversity recruitment programs and initiatives. The TA Programs Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand staffing needs and our organizational goals.


Principal Duties:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract candidates for various programs across the organization.

Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, email campaigns, to identify and engage potential candidates.

Screen resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for roles and programs.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring team.

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, from initial contact, onboarding, and duration of programs.

Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges and universities, to position the company as an employer of choice for upcoming graduates and alumni.

Plan and coordinate the company's annual university recruiting calendar including career fairs and on-campus recruiting events.

Represent the company at college career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, and other external events as identified to attract and engage early career and diverse talent.

Manage the company's early career cohort.

Partner with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) team to build strategic relationships and partnerships with diversity organizations to enhance the company's diversity recruitment programs and initiatives.

Ensure diversity recruiting initiatives are aligned to best practices, promote consistency across the organization, and align with the recruiting vision and strategy.

Perform additional related projects and duties as assigned by management.

Required education and experience.

Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, in related field.

2-4 years’ experience as a recruiter or in a related Human Resources field, a focus on program recruitment preferred.

ATS experience required.

Email campaign management experience preferred.

Workday experience preferred.

Handshake experience preferred.

Required knowledge, skills, and ability.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Team oriented: engaging with a group of people to conquer project tasks.

Interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be dependable, detail orientated and flexible to changing working conditions.

Ability to analyze and problem solve.

Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
