Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to Sr. Manager, TA Operations and based in Newark, DE.  This is a fully on-site, in office role, Monday through Friday.

Role and Responsibilities:

Execute and implement program processes, procedures, tools, technology and governance related to the management of agency partners within manufacturing.Manage accountability of staffing agencies to deliver on hiring needs and metrics.Manage and maintain effective working relationships with contingent agency hiring partners in manufacturingEnsure policies and processes are effective and understood by agencies, the business, HR, hiring managers and other key stakeholders.Act as the main site support and escalation for line managers with respect to contingent labor program guidelines, policies and procedures.Oversee compliance practices across the programs.In partnership with HR and the business, define, build and deploy process improvement initiatives and optimization projects within the staffing program(s).Manage performance against pre-established SLAs and report on metrics to the key stakeholders in the business.Understand business process and internal customer needs to plan ahead and deliver on hiring needs.Analyze hiring data in order to predict future outcomes as necessary.Manage interview and onboarding processes in partnership with staffing agencies for all contingent new hires.Schedule and oversee on-site agency and direct hire job fairs within manufacturing.Leverage best practices from industry, influencing and driving operational improvements.Partner with Vendor to provide data/workforce analytics, benchmarking, and business intelligence to primary stakeholders and drive fact-based resolution to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency.Train all new agency partners on program operations and procedures.Work on problems of diverse scope requiring data analysis and solution recommendation.Demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods for obtaining solutions to problems.Follow all manufacturing setting safety requirements on a daily basis.

Skills and Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree required.5-6 years of experience managing staffing programs and/or contingent labor programs and relationshipsExperience staffing in a manufacturing setting preferred.Proven success in high volume labor ramps preferred.Ability to develop customer relationships with various internal functions at all levels of the organization.Demonstration of strong written and oral communications capability, and interpersonal and influencing skills.Demonstrated experience identifying hiring trends, analyzing complex information, recognizing best practices, making process recommendations.Ability to drive successful hiring through agency partners.Ability to see the ‘big’ picture and capable of thinking beyond immediate area of responsibility.Ability to own one’s area of responsibility; receiving minimal or no day-to-day work instruction.Ability to work under pressure and agility to flex within changing environment.Ability to develop customer relationships with various internal functions at all levels of the organization.Demonstration of strong written and oral communications capability, and interpersonal and influencing skills.Prior experience and proficiency in Workday preferred.

Salary Ranges:$82,820.00 - $119,180.00
