Opportunity Snapshot:

Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidatesUtilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referralsIdentify and engage with potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniquesBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsConduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholdersProvide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview outcomesPartner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirementsAssist in creating job descriptions and role profilesProvide guidance and support throughout the hiring processPromote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talentMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectivenessEnsure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulationsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with an emphasis on corporate recruiting and salaried rolesStrong sourcing and networking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skills
