Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of leadership talent across the Enterprise. This role will own and drive talent recruitment for various roles such as warehouse, transportation, retail, manufacturing, administrative and other core business roles.  This is a key member of the HR team focused on the recruitment of quality talent, creating a compelling candidate experience and driving results.

Essential Duties:

\n\nSource and recruit top talent to fulfill high-volume non-exempt hiring needs across diverse roles, including warehouse, transportation, retail, manufacturing, and administrative positions\nAct as a strategic partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and develop recruitment strategies that best match the business need and the current talent market\nSource, attract, and deliver highly qualified candidates\nDrive a proactive, and consultative search experience for both candidates and hiring managers\nConfidently screen, interview, shortlist and prep close candidates\nBuild relationships, working closely and consulting with leadership and teams at all organizational levels\nDevelop and maintain an effective recruitment strategy utilizing the network of recruiting sources\nDrive continuous improvement in process, candidate quality and candidate experience\nStay abreast of the latest recruiting trends and strategies and act as an internal consultant on market trends\nLeveraging networks and partners with external parties to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates\nPartner with HR leadership on projects related to talent solutions\nOther duties as assigned\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\n4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience\nBachelor’s degree in industrial psychology, Human Resources, or related field a plus\nExperience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and prioritizing stakeholder requests\nThorough understanding of talent acquisition tools, processes, and practices\nExcellent people, influencing and communications skills\nExperience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools a plus\nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.\n\n
