JOB SUMMARY
Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by efficiently managing and coordinating various recruitment processes. This role will collaborate with hiring managers, internal/external applicants and other team members to ensure an overall positive candidate experience. This role will support the various stages of the recruitment process, from posting positions to interview coordination, offer extensions and proper dispositioning of other candidates. It will also include onboarding requirements, such as background checks and compliant I9 processing.

Education, Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Assistant, or in a similar roleFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment softwareStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keepingAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team membersKnowledge of HR & recruitment practices, employment laws and affirmative action compliancePhysical Requirements
Work is primarily light in nature, with exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Use of fingers to type and / or enter numbers on keyboards, keypads, etc. along with grabbing object(s). Additionally includes, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, and walking.
