Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and managing E-Verify and Form I-9 processes, providing essential support to hiring managers and stakeholders, coordinating background checks, pre-employment screenings, and facilitating training sessions among other duties. Job Duties Managing/ Coordinating Institutional I-9 Audit Compliance: + Conduct weekly audits of the university’s I-9 forms. + Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all the universities I-9’s. + Deliver the most current education and resources from HireRight. + Create and conduct training sessions and provide daily support to ensure the Universities HireRight users are well-versed in using HireRight. Background Check Processing: + Initiate and process background check requests for students, non-student non-regular ( NSNR ) employees, camp staff, and volunteers. + Ensure timely and accurate completion of all background check procedures. + Provide access and troubleshoot issues related to background check requests. + Ensure all users have the necessary support to effectively use the system. Volunteer Program Coordination: + Manage the volunteer workflow in the applicant tracking system. + Facilitate training and access for campus partners. + Ensure compliance with volunteer guidelines. User Access Management: + Set up and manage user access for systems managed by Talent Acquisition. + Ensure all users have the appropriate access levels to perform their duties effectively. Skills Testing Coordination: + Initiate and process all skills testing requests for candidates. + Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate testing procedures. Support for Talent Acquisition: + Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team via phone line and talent inbox as needed.
