The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will play an integral role within the C&W Skilled Trades recruiting team, responsible for identifying, filtering, qualifying, and presenting top-tier candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline for various open positions. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will report directly to the Manager, Sourcing & Corp Functions. This role emphasizes the use of innovative sourcing techniques to attract skilled trades candidates for multiple client accounts. Responsibilities also include assisting with phone screens, coordinating interviews, writing and presenting offer letters, and performing additional duties as required by the recruiting team.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly Meetings: Attend and actively participate in weekly update meetings with recruiters and the sourcing team to stay aligned on hiring needs and strategies.Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies that generate a steady flow of candidates, meeting overall recruiting objectives.Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive sourcing pipeline and candidate pool, ensuring a constant supply of qualified candidates.Passive Candidate Sourcing: Utilize networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and other research techniques to identify and develop passive candidates.Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Workday systems, ensuring all candidate interactions and sourcing activities are well-documented.Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with the company’s hiring processes, policies, and practices.Job Posting Techniques: Leverage job search engines and effective job posting techniques to attract candidates.Innovative Sourcing: Apply strong knowledge of creative sourcing techniques and methodologies to attract top talent.High-Volume Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, managing multiple sourcing tasks efficiently.Recruiting Experience: Bring at least 2+ years of experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably within a research sourcing function.Flexibility: Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours when needed to meet recruiting goals.Coverage: Provide coverage for recruiters during their vacation or time off, ensuring uninterrupted sourcing and recruitment activities.Labor Market Expertise: Offer HR partners and hiring managers detailed insights into labor market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in recruiting.Diversity Sourcing: Develop, present, and execute effective diversity sourcing strategies, building inclusive candidate pipelines.Technical Skills: Possess strong skills in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.ATS Experience: Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or other ATS platforms is a plus.Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information.Qualifications:
Experience with job search engines and job posting techniques.Strong knowledge of creative sourcing techniques and methodologies (Ex: Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Glassdoor, Handy, Craigslist, iHireConstruction, Rigzone, Roadtechs, apprenticeship and trade school networks, Facebook)Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.At least 2+ years of experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably within a research sourcing function.Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours when needed.Ability to cover for recruiters during their vacation or time off.Expertise in labor market trends, providing detailed insights to HR partners and hiring managers.Strong sourcing skills with experience in developing, presenting, and executing diversity sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or other ATS platforms is advantageous.Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
