We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Sourcer who is passionate about making a difference for our Home Office in Irvine!

As a Talent Sourcer/Jr. Recruiter, you will be a vital part of our Talent Acquisition team. Your primary role will involve sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers to candidates who meet the qualifications for our high-volume hourly positions, as well as leaders and hard-to-fill roles. You will focus on creating and nurturing a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future staffing needs. Throughout the recruitment process, you will maintain regular communication with Talent Acquisition Partners, prospective candidates, and Hiring Managers. Additionally, you will ensure that candidate statuses are accurately updated in the ATS.

Qualifications: 

1-2 years of experience recruiting or sourcing high-volume, hourly roles Experience in high-volume recruiting within the hospitality or healthcare sectors is a plus Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)  Exceptional phone and follow-up skills Punctual and professional with strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to engage candidates through a variety of sourcing methods Self-driven and adept at working independently while managing multiple responsibilities Maintains the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive information MS Office suite and Greenhouse (ATS) experience required Prior experience in sourcing qualified resumes from job boards, database mining, internet search engines, social media, Handshake, LinkedIn, Indeed, and alternative search techniques

What you'll be doing: 

Conduct pre-screening of applicants, evaluating work experience, education, training, skills, and input data into the Applicant Tracking System Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality applicants for key positions Identify qualified candidates using diverse sourcing tools Ensure timely job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and our internal career site Document and propose areas for improvement to leadership Maintain regular communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates Draft offer letters, follow up with candidates, and promptly update their status in the ATS Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment goals Assist with projects, data collection, and metric analysis Perform additional duties as assigned
