Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with hiring managers, providing status updates and initiating early engagement on upcoming hiring activities.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and collaborate with internal customers and recruiters to streamline the recruiting process.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various roles within the company.
- Conduct screenings up to managerial positions and review the relevance and validity of tests and recruiting processes.
- Assist in creating and implementing recruitment/sourcing strategies.
- Lead the sourcing team to meet daily targets and uphold process standards.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Sourcing Manager for lead generation strategies and optimization of lead sources.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Compile and generate recruitment reports, ensuring accuracy before submission to management.
- Implement and assess near hire training programs to support recruitment needs.
- Work closely with sourcing, recruitment, and operations to ensure SET course materials align with current specifications.
- Address disputes and escalations from internal customers regarding reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-5 years of experience in volume and leadership/corporate hiring.
- 2 years of people management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Ability to engage effectively with high-level clients.
