 What You’ll do

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of a fast paced and dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by recruiting top talent. We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented professional dedicated to supporting our mission of attracting, engaging, and hiring the best candidates to drive our company's success.

 

Responsible for full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and some onboarding tasks. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create, and provide effective recruitment strategies and support. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions to create a strong talent pipeline.Generate recruiting data and reports to inform decision-making.Make final hiring recommendations in partnership with hiring managers, including preparing final offer letters.Follow-up regularly with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a timely and efficient recruiting process.Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights on recruitment best practices and market conditions.Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.Continuously seek opportunities to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.Work alongside a team of talented professionals who are passionate about their work and strive for excellence every day. Take ownership of challenging assignments and have the autonomy to implement innovative solutions.Act as a trusted internal partner across departments to collaborate on initiatives projecting positive business outcomes. Collaborate with teams to leverage collective expertise to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results. Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments. Perform other duties as assigned.  Essential Qualities for Success

 

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient in response to changing recruitment needs.Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and metrics, showcasing a results-driven approach in recruitment activities.Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to effectively listen and interact with staff at all levels, ensuring successful candidate placements.A dynamic, outgoing personality with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes meticulously and ensure accuracy in all recruitment activities.Exceptional ability to prioritize and organize assignments to meet deadlines, with outstanding accountability and follow-up to ensure successful hiring outcomes.Proficient in using social networking technology as a recruiting tool, including LinkedIn, and experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

 

Physical Requirements   Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically. Ability to navigate and access all facilities.Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.Close vision for computer-related activities.
