Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You Will Do:

Attract top talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategiesIdentify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively create pools of qualified candidatesSource candidates through multiple channels, to include Indeed, LinkedIn, Workday, Phenom, and moreConsult with HR and hiring managers on talent market information, hiring trends and recruiting best-practicesPromote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of ChoiceScreen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorizationConduct phone screen interviews to identify qualified candidates and partner with managers throughout the staffing processIdentify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment effortsAssist with other recruitment tasks as neededRelated administrative responsibilities and miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree1 year of experience in Recruiting or Human ResourcesImmigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position

Work location preference is for a hybrid work model, residing within commuting distance of one of our primary office locations (such as St. Paul, MN or Naperville, IL).

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to effectively use interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates’ qualifications in relation to the position requirements to determine a successful match and provide accurate, actionable feedback to hiring managersAbility to demonstrate a successful record of using rapport-building phone skills (listening, probing, persuading) in previous recruiting assignmentsPrevious experience using ATS and/or CRM, preferably Workday and PhenomWorking knowledge of OFCCP requirementsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationshipsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
