What You’ll Do:

Recruit Top Talent: Collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to identify, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates. From the first interview to the final offer, you’ll own the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.Lead the Recruitment Process: Manage everything from job postings to candidate evaluations and guiding managers through interviews. Your expertise will help shape strategic hiring decisions and ensure optimal placements.Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers to effectively influence and guide the talent acquisition process. You’ll provide insightful advice on offer parameters and ensure hiring goals are met.Optimize Talent Systems: Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Track and report on key metrics, including Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, and Manager/Candidate feedback.Strategize for Success: Develop targeted recruitment strategies and leverage sourcing platforms to engage both active and passive candidates. Contribute to social media campaigns and other recruitment marketing efforts as needed.Drive Results: Use data to inform your decisions and ensure recruitment goals are met. You’ll monitor recruitment metrics like turnover rates and time-to-fill stats to ensure continual improvement.Deliver a Seamless Experience: Ensure clear communication and coordination with all stakeholders during the recruitment process, from screening candidates to organizing interviews and debrief sessions.

Who You Are:

Recruitment Expert: You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales (or 5+ years without a degree), with a strong grasp of behavioral-based interviewing techniques.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with Google Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday, and video conferencing tools to manage the entire hiring process.A Strong Communicator: You excel at both written and verbal communication and can effectively listen, advise, and negotiate with hiring teams and candidates alike.Data-Driven: You're organized and results-oriented, using metrics and KPIs to drive progress and inform decision-making.Collaborative Leader: You thrive in team environments, offering valuable input and engaging with hiring managers to meet recruitment objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceSPHR or PHR certification (a plus)

Position is hybrid structure with three days onsite at our Brighton location and two days from home.
