This long-term contract role places you at the heart of our team-building efforts—leading the recruitment process from start to finish, sourcing exceptional talent, and shaping recruitment strategies that drive our organization forward. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to align on recruitment needs and strategies, ensuring smooth and transparent communication throughout the hiring process. + Drive Strategic Hiring Initiatives: Craft innovative recruitment strategies, optimize job postings, and create effective recruitment marketing plans to attract top talent aligned with our mission. + Source Exceptional Candidates: Utilize creative sourcing methods—social media, job boards, and networking—to find candidates who share our values and vision. + Lead the Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage all stages of recruitment, from reviewing applications to conducting interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. + Innovate Recruitment Campaigns: Design campaigns, budgets, and marketing materials that showcase our unique culture and the meaningful impact of our work. + Build a Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a network of high-quality candidates, creating a thriving pipeline for future hiring needs. + Engage in Community Outreach: Build relationships with schools, alumni networks, and outreach organizations, and represent us at job fairs to attract diverse, mission-aligned talent. + Collaborate with External Recruiters: Work with employment agencies and recruiters to broaden our candidate reach and enhance our talent pool. + Shape Recruitment Best Practices: Stay informed on recruiting trends, introducing fresh ideas and innovative strategies to strengthen our recruitment process.
