Position Summary
Responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting providing strategic partnership services to hiring leaders and for representing the organization to the external market in a professional, driven and proactive manner to promote our company culture and values. The overall goal for this position is to attract and help retain top talent that will fuel and support our company’s growth while supporting talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
Supports the timely hiring of critical talent by creatively leveraging recruiting and sourcing tools to research, identify, source, interview, select, verify, negotiate and onboard candidates for all levels; including just-in-time and hard-to-fill positions. Coordinates recruitment efforts with hiring managers to setup interviews, advise on the selection process and extend employment offers. Ability to plan and carry out an effective recruitment plan based on business hiring needs, budget, compensation structure, internal capability and external talent pool. Analyze, monitor, and apply data-driven tactics and processes for solutions in a high volume recruiting setting. Provides a positive candidate experience by working to understand the candidate’s needs/interests, provides valuable and accurate information, and engages with them in a timely manner. Leverages recruiting interactions to continually promote the company’s mission, values, culture and benefits. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with business leaders and peers, vendors and community organizations to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, credibility, supports in facilitating referrals and gaining cross-functional business knowledge. Manage and track external and internal candidates. Conduct weekly talent management meetings with Operations hiring managers to establish hiring needs for new and existing restaurants. Continually build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Work to improve the selection techniques and process and explore other recruitment opportunities including but not limited to social media, university partnerships, diversity recruiting, networking, etc. Work closely with the HR Manager, Director of Operations and CEO to provide personal and organization feedback on the talent acquisition process, tools and strategy. Conduct background and reference checks in a timely manner. Supports Operations with hourly recruiting strategy. Advises operators on recruiting best practices and strategy for boosting applicant flow and attracted qualified candidates. Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned and directed.
Qualifications
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities –
In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, tools and resources. Demonstrated experience using resume databases, internet search tools, social networking, and applicant tracking systems to find and attract top talent. Consultative approach to partnering and collaborating with Talent Acquisition, HR and Hiring Managers. Documented history of strategic, proactive recruiting. Knowledge of all applicable Federal and state employment laws, regulations, and procedures. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong competencies in areas of cold-calling, networking and direct sourcing. Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior. Working knowledge of personal computers and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Explorer).Physical Requirements

Base Salary Range Depending on Experience: $58,656 - $65,000 per year
