Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support our programs and services. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a robust talent pipeline while fostering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment:
Develop and execute creative strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.Candidate Screening:
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.Relationship Building:
Provide exceptional candidate experiences and maintain strong relationships throughout the recruitment process.Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting plans.Operational Excellence:
Ensure position accuracy through position control systems before initiating job postings or distributing offer letters. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.Compliance & Administration:
Access employee records to verify eligibility for promotions, transfers, or rehires. Initiate personnel action forms and manage required documentation.Ongoing Support:
Provide guidance on interviewing, candidate selection, and offer negotiations while staying informed about talent acquisition trends.Communication:
Conduct bi-weekly meetings with hiring managers to provide updates on vacancies and progress.
