What You'll Do
As a TA Specialist in the BCG Global Services Recruiting Team, you will support talent acquisition activities with responsibility for hiring for Technology Function within BCG GS. In this full lifecycle TA Specialist role you will be responsible for talent selection, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, offer management and on-boarding. As a TA Specialist you’ll be mainly in charge of talent acquisition activities for our hub in Global Services New Delhi working in close partnership with the regional and global teams.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with high academic achievement.5+ years of work experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, prior experience within the technology recruiting, professional services areas or in-house recruitment experience with an international organization.Demonstrated experience in recruiting top-tier talent for emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Data Science, ensuring alignment with organizational innovation goals.Develop and maintain specialized talent pipelines for high-demand, niche technology areas like Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning to meet critical business needs.Coordination, organizational, and improvisation talent, able to perform in a fast changing environment.Knowledge of utilizing various sourcing channels for successful hiresClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsEnthusiastic with a positive “can-do” attitude, love working as part of a team and coming up with creative ideas together. At the same time, like to take responsibility for your own roles as TA Specialist.Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to interact effectively with key recruitment stakeholders and other teams, such as HR, Operations, Business teams etc.Additional info
You are good at
Full lifecycle management of vacancies with primary focus on various capabilities within the technology function, e.g. Software Developers, Data Engineers, Architects, UI/UX Engineers,
Product Directors, etc.Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner, building a deep understanding of the business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles.Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on recruitment strategies, processes, and priorities.Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid/senior and niche roles in the technology domain, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.Design and implement innovative diversity hiring strategies tailored to technology roles, ensuring an inclusive talent pipeline by partnering with organizations, universities, and community groups to attract underrepresented talent.Provide strategic input on recruiting strategies, and talent market trends to guide decision-making.Identify talent pools and high-quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, talent mapping, vendors, networking.Manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to final offer while providing a competency-based assessment and candidate recommendation to the hiring panel.Collaborate closely with global teams across HR, and business operations to deliver seamless solutions for technology roles.Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire.Utilize the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines.Provide excellent candidate experience through efficient process management.Coordinate and push internal initiatives, support projects, build internal networks.
