TA Specialist

What this job involves –

JLL's Mobile Engineering Services Talent Acquisition group is looking to expand our team. Our team manages high-volume recruiting efforts, efficiently sourcing and hiring for a large number of positions throughout the recruiting process. We build and support teams within our Mobile Engineering Services division, which includes a variety of functions – mobile engineers, field technicians, technical specialists, and operations support – on a national level. This role plays a crucial part in identifying and attracting top technical talent to support JLL's innovative mobile engineering solutions and services.

What is your day to day?

Full Cycle Recruiting: Responsible for managing candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm’s attributesDevelop and implement a targeted recruitment strategy for skilled trades, primarily focusing on HVAC technicians while also addressing needs for maintenance mechanics, electricians, and plumbersWork with the Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Business Partner(s) and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitments to fill current and future hiring needs and modify job descriptions as appropriateUtilize creative sourcing approaches, including Internet, employee referrals, networking and other forums to identify and engage qualified applicants for positionsDevelop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent, conduct initial call to potential candidateWork with the Talent Acquisition Manager to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm wide recruiting initiativesManage and update candidate activity on a trackerSupport Affirmative Action/Diversity initiatives 


Desired experience and technical skills

Required

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in an agency or high-volume corporate environmentBilingual in English/Spanish; with strong written and verbal communication skillsExhibit a passion for diversity and have a track record of generating creative ideas to bring diverse hires to an organizationProven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing projects simultaneouslyTech forward mentality and experience working in ATS, MS Excel, MS TEAMs, and AI technologiesTeam player who can also work independently and multitaskAbility to work in a remote environment, manage changing priorities, and work with a sense of urgency

Desired

Recruiting experience in either Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, Real Estate, Construction or Project ManagementExperience with Workday, Smartsheet, and other online/collaboration technologyBusiness writing experience
