Zycus is looking out for a 'Talent Acquisition Specialist' to join us at our Mumbai office, skilled at using various tools of recruitment, a good eye for talent and the superpower to attract skilled candidates.
The selected candidate is responsible for identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization using traditional & non-traditional sources of recruiting.
Job Description: You will be identifying the best mix of resources to source top talent using social media, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate/client communication and negotiations. Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and candidate profiles for varied technical roles. Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified Product Developers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future software development needs. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidate progress and streamline the recruitment process. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development recruitment.
