Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various channels and building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talentManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, creating offers, and onboardingCollaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptionsUtilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksConduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teamsOversee the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checksStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

 

Candidate Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
 Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and academic institutions.Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to convert them into active applicants.
 Market Research:Conduct market research to understand talent availability and trends in the industry.Provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team based on market data.
 Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
 Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions.Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress.

 

QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiterProven track record of successfully filling diverse roles across multiple departmentsStrong understanding of recruiting in the technical spaceStrong knowledge of various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
