The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for providing recruiting expertise across company business units, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Specialist will include working with the hiring managers to identify talent requirements, fulfilling the day-to-day full cycle recruiting process, and cultivating talent pools to meet current and future business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements. Independently researches, recommends, and uses established and new sources for identifying active and passive candidates. Reviews resumes/applications and pre-screens candidates, referring qualified candidates on to hiring managers. Tracks progress of candidates in process & handles administrative details. Assist in managing the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the process. Independently works with internal and external partners to form and maintain “competitive intelligence” on competitors within the market and follows UGI Corporation’s guidelines on recruiting from competition. Assist in creating and managing job postings across platforms. Promote diverse hiring practices and contribute to UGI Corporation’s commitment to creating an inclusive workplace. Assist with routine projects related to recruiting, employment branding and the overall recruitment process as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated strong understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology (SAP SuccessFactors and other new technology) and tools. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Effective written and verbal communication/interaction skills Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills Minimum 5 years of Recruiting and/or HR experienceAll offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

The pay for this position ranges from $85,000 to 110,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.
