Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing staffing support to various departments within the organization. The role encompasses managing the entire hiring process from vacancy identification to the placement of new hires. This position is a hybrid role, primarily remote with occasional on-site requirements, reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the full-cycle recruitment efforts for specified positions.Identify, create job descriptions, and post vacancies via various media channels such as the company's website, niche recruitment websites, and media advertisements.Source applicant resumes for potential matches for open vacancies.Interview job applicants and make recommendations to hiring managers for further consideration of candidates.Coordinate and schedule follow-up interviews as requested.Facilitate feedback sessions and lead the decision-making process.Offer positions to selected candidates and process hiring-related paperwork via the Paycom Applicant Tracking system.Coordinate the post-offer screening and background check process.Ensure new hires obtain all necessary information to attend new hire orientation and start their new position.Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.Attend external recruitment events and job fairs to represent the company and build its brand as an employer.Essential SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.1-3 years of previous experience in Talent Acquisition.Experience with ATS, preferably Paycom, with Workday as a secondary preference.Ability to build and foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.Ability to travel domestically as needed (2-4 times a year) to attend recruitment events.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
