Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the hiring process within our ATS for open positions while remaining compliant with all EEOC and OFCCP guidelines and record-keeping requirements. This role will provide full-cycle recruitment of both exempt and non-exempt positions.

ResponsibilitiesConduct in-take meetings and maintain regular communication with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.Develop position profiles to understand overall needs and requirements.Ensure each position meets company compensation guidelines as well as all applicable federal and state laws.Determine appropriate sourcing strategies for each position.Educate hiring managers on the recruiting process and their involvement in the process.Create comprehensive job descriptions based on manager and company specifications.Recruit the most qualified candidates using company-approved recruitment sources.Project company needs and build strong applicant pools before a need arises.Design creative and effective recruitment tools.Partner with the Human Resource team.Review all applicants and select candidates that will move forward in the interview process based on pre-employment requirements, qualifications, skills, and abilities.Perform phone interviews and reference checks.Keep accurate records of recruiting sources used and applicant log tracking.Solicit feedback to improve the hiring process, reduce turnover, and improve talent acquisition.Meet the performance metrics as defined by the company.Qualifications2-5 years of full-cycle/high volume recruitment experience preferred, or equivalent education and work experience.2 years of experience using ATS and HRIS systems.Experience using external job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).2 years of experience using MS Office applications.High School Diploma or GED.
Work EnvironmentThe position requires almost 100% onsite work, with the Talent Acquisition team getting 3-4 days per month to work from home. You will be part of a team of two other recruiters, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, and part of a larger HR team that sits onsite. The corporate building includes a gym in the basement that is free for employees and tenants.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00
