Position TitleTalent Acquisition SpecialistBell HospitalPosition Summary / Career Interest:The Talent Acquisition Specialist in an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and works across multidisciplinary teams. As a superuser of the ATS/ERP application they support as tier 1 and 2 support to hiring managers, candidates and recruiters and Preboarding coordinators. They troubleshoot issues and do audits to keep the transactions clean and moving forward. This is a fast paced role moving between priorities and projects. The role also provides report and analytical data to the client groups on recurring basis.
TA Specialist role also manages the MCP and Contractor management, Immigration process and several other department projects to support technology and recruiting efforts.Responsibilities and Essential Job FunctionsDemonstrates competence in the areas of critical thinking, interpersonal relationships, and technical skills. Demonstrates an active commitment to the mission and values of the hospital. Assists the department in carrying out various human resource programs for all employees. Prepares reports, correspondence and departmental materials using a variety of office equipment and software programs. Responsible for all scheduling of executive interviews in coordination with the Recruiting Manager. Responsible for maintenance of employee badge pictures relevant to new hire information. Maintains internship program, all files, compliance and onboarding of interns. Participates in staff-meetings and committees as requested. Acts as supervisor and trainer of students and entry level Recruitment staff. Orchestrates the NEO Process, set up, schedules, announcements to presenters and reporting Maintains email postings to community organizations. - Supervises all issues within the recruitment tech area, training, mentoring, advising Assist in responsibility for invoice tracking and reporting. Creates and maintains forms and documents relevant to recruitment for Affirmative Action/EEOC Scheduling interviews for Recruiters as assigned. - May assist recruiters by conducting and scheduling interviews. Maintain minutes from Recruitment meetings. Enter requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System. May assist in training within New Manager Orientation Conducts pre-employment orientation sessions as needed. - Assist in posting and revising union postings. May assist in covering the front desk. Coordinates and oversees special projects as requested by Manager. Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department. Required Education and ExperienceHigh School Graduate 4 or more years of human resource experience or high level of administrative experience.
