Talent Acquisition Specialist

ERM is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Colombia, Bogota to join our regional Talent Acquisition (TA) team in Latin America (LAC) to support ambitious and healthy growth within our business.

"This position will be contracted for an initial period of 6 months, during which the employee will work for ERM through a third-party provider."

The main responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Advisor/Recruiter include (but are not limited to) the following:

Work closely with the TA Manager and hiring managers to co-develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that incorporate our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion valuesCollaborate with stakeholders to anticipate their recruitment needs, and encourage the following of the appropriate processes to launch searches.Manage and coordinate recruitment processes to promote a positive outcome and excellent candidate experienceProactively identify and reach out to candidates through all channels to promote a career within ERM and engage them in fruitful discussions/interviewsThrough your own recruitment activity and internal relations, contribute to a positive impact on ERM’s brand as an employer.Identify and develop various sourcing channels across the LAC region Maintain the talent pool and cultivate long term relationship with candidates to strength talent pipelineWork on current vacancies as well as talent pipelining projects to support succession planning and other critical growth and hard-to-fill rolesRegular reporting on your initiative to ensure stakeholders are aware of status of ongoing searchesCreate/consolidate partnerships with Universities, job boards or recruitment partners able to boost our Talent Pools and facilitate our recruitment process.Ensure all the TA process is done through the internal ATS (Workday)

About You

We believe that the right candidate will have prior experience in sourcing passive candidates and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where they are comfortable prioritizing workload.

You enjoy building relationships and delving into the subject matters relevant to your recruitment activity. Through your experience, you are accustomed to understanding the drivers of both passive and active candidates, and pride yourself on being an efficient and trusted business partner.

You are comfortable engaging candidates via a phone / VC and working with social media.

You have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with experience of working with and managing senior managers on their recruitment requirements

You have strong interviewing skills along with the ability to coach and develop ERM hiring managers to improve assessment and identification of future hires

You have solid experience and rigorous usage of recruitment system technology; experience with Workday is highly desirable. Excellent Spanish and English communication skills are essential.
