Being a Talent Acquisition Specialist at iManage Means… 

You will join a passionate, highly experienced team responsible for hiring the best talent across the globe.  You will partner with Hiring Managers in our global markets to provide talent market insights, develop creative ways to engage talent, and conduct meaningful interviews, all while providing a best-in-class candidate experience. As a consultative partner to our Managers, you will be resourceful, proactive, organized and thrive in an ever-changing environment. You will share the iManage story with our talent pools, and help candidates understand why iManage was voted by Crains Chicago Business and Built In as a Best Place to Work.  This position will be Chicago based and required to go into our office on a regular basis to partner with hiring stakeholders and our broader People Operations team. 

You will have experience recruiting for a SaaS company across a variety of functions such as Customer Experience, Customer Success, Engineering, Partner Enablement, Marketing, and more. iM Responsible For… 

Managing full cycle recruitment process for 7-10 requisitions on average at any given time Taking a consultative approach with hiring managers, advising and coaching them while building strong relationships to understand the hiring needs at the business level  Strategically partnering with Senior Leaders to define target candidate profiles that align with the company’s strategic goals and growth in the SaaS industry Creating attractive job descriptions and developing creative sourcing strategies to build consistent pipeline of strong talent Managing candidate applications through various outlets including careers page, job boards, events, referrals etc. Interviewing candidates for cultural fit and functional capabilities Defining effective interview processes, managing interview schedules, and collecting feedback from all interviewers and candidates Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring teams to make well informed hiring decisions Supporting in offer negotiation processes and the facilitation of a smooth onboarding process Providing a positive candidate experience that showcases the iManage values Driving structured interview processes and educating hiring teams on interview best practices Building the iManage brand by creating content such as blogs, social media posts, responding to Glassdoor reviews, etc.  Collaborating with global talent acquisition team to track goals, KPIs, and delivery on hiring plan, and on projects around key initiatives 

iM Qualified Because I Have… 

4+ years of experience in talent acquisition at a growth stage technology company Experience partnering with stakeholders to build and execute hiring plans A track record of attracting and qualifying top tier talent and managing multiple requisitions  A creative sourcing approach to attract and build continuous pipeline of top talent  The ability to analyze data and identify gaps in recruitment processes and market trends BS/BA degree The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people Proven experience driving consultative hiring processes and providing a positive candidate experience Experience operating with a sense of urgency in a fast paced ever changing environment

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $135,000. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits. Your recruiter will provide further details about the offer range, incentives, and overall compensation during the hiring process.
