We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a max term contract working full time hours based in Brisbane with WFH and travel. Start now!
Ideally you will have experience recruiting Chefs at all levels and be comfortable working with high volumes of roles. You will thrive in a multitasking environment, be highly resilient and adapt quickly.

Key responsibilities:
Execute developed recruitment strategies to attract and secure Chefs at all levels to work in remote accommodation villages throughout regional Queensland Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers Utilise various recruitment channels including professional networks, industry events, social media, advertising, assessment centres and employee referrals Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience recruiting Chefs / Catering teams Highly resilient and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational & time management skills An understanding of recruitment processes, tools and best practices Tech savvy and ability to learn new systems quickly
