As a TA Specialist you will play a vital role in finding and attracting top talent to join our organization. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. Working closely with hiring managers and HR Managers/HR team, you'll help create a positive candidate experience while contributing to our employer brand and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
Sourcing and Screening to identify top talent across the industry using various resources Maintain strong pipeline of candidates Proper management of candidate’s profile and information
Collaboration:
Working closely with Hiring Managers in hiring requirements and specifications· Managing recruitment agencies including handling queries, aligning position specifications and requirement
· Providing employment advisory to Hiring Managers
Administrative:
Full cycle recruiting Managing requisitions Technical recruiting and staffing logistics Administration of employees onboarding Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
Creative strategies:
Propose and implement new advertising techniques to attract diverse and high-quality candidates Apply and upkeep data-driven analysis of existing recruiting channels, explore new areas for candidate engagement.
