ABOUT THE ROLE
Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process. Communicate feedback effectively to applicants Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth
Obsessive about acquiring the best talent for the position: from beginning to end, you master the hiring process and prove that you are a valuable asset to the company. Inquisitive nature: being analytical and creative helps you to find talent for any role. Eager to learn and help: you understand the overall goal of your team and not just your own objectives.
+3 years of experience, preferably in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing environment is a plus. C2 or Native English level, other languages are a plus. Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships.
