Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual)
Hybrid Opportunity! Description + Take ownership of high volume end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from talent + attraction through to job offer and on-boarding. This includes role scoping, + advertising, screening and assessing candidates, arranging interviews, feedback and + job offers. + Source candidates through a variety of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, online + job boards, recruitment agencies, universities, networking, referrals etc. + In conjunction with hiring managers, draft fit for purpose and engaging recruitment + adverts that strongly reflect the Employer Brand. + Build and maintain partnership relationships with hiring managers to fully + understand their business area and key skills. + Identify and leverage data to drive and influence sustainable business decisions. + Ensure a positive candidate experience with both internal and external candidates + through all stages of the recruitment process. + Contribute strongly as a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team. + Keep up to date with market best practices, embrace innovative ideas and strategies + and share internally with HR colleagues and hiring managers. Qualifications Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English + Currently leading end-to-end high-volume recruitment processes ‘in-house’ + Experience of designing and conducting competency-based interviews and other + selection methods + Excellent communication skills both verbal and written + Managing stakeholders and their expectations + Skilled in direct search techniques and online and social sourcing i.e. LinkedIn Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr. including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k with a company match, paid time off, and opportunities for training and development Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Hilbert,WI.
