Description
Take ownership of high volume end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from talentattraction through to job offer and on-boarding. This includes role scoping,advertising, screening and assessing candidates, arranging interviews, feedback andjob offers.Source candidates through a variety of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, onlinejob boards, recruitment agencies, universities, networking, referrals etc.In conjunction with hiring managers, draft fit for purpose and engaging recruitmentadverts that strongly reflect the Employer Brand.Build and maintain partnership relationships with hiring managers to fullyunderstand their business area and key skills.Identify and leverage data to drive and influence sustainable business decisions.Ensure a positive candidate experience with both internal and external candidatesthrough all stages of the recruitment process.Contribute strongly as a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team.Keep up to date with market best practices, embrace innovative ideas and strategiesand share internally with HR colleagues and hiring managers.Qualifications
Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
Currently leading end-to-end high-volume recruitment processes ‘in-house’Experience of designing and conducting competency-based interviews and otherselection methodsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenManaging stakeholders and their expectationsSkilled in direct search techniques and online and social sourcing i.e. LinkedInPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
