Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed-term contract)
Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, conducting sourcing activities and completing projects to improve the TA service. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Krakow office (2 office days). We offer a 1,5-year contract. What the day will look like Being a key link between the TA team and hiring managers, this role is crucial to connecting business needs to the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team: Partner with HR and hiring managers to implement talent acquisition solutions that fulfil the recruitment needs of business operations Take advantage of your sourcing skills to sources candidates for selected roles; produces solutions to improve the number and quality of candidates Manage the full cycle of recruiting, selecting suitable candidates, conducting phone screens and initiating testing Collect and share data on the progress of recruitment projects for their assigned business areas Be an active brand ambassador through use of social media, branding collateral and tools to promote our recruitment marketing strategy to attract talent. Promote Aon careers & open opportunities in internal & external events Participate in external TA and market related conferences, either virtually or in person and ensure knowledge share on key takeaways and standard process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system Skills and experience that will lead to success Proven experience as a recruiter, with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment Hands-on experience and high interest around sourcing techniques Understanding of the Polish local job market, including knowledge of local industry trends and talent pools Fluent English and Polish – you need to be at least C1 on the CEFR scale Strong focus on results when working on projects and service delivery Detail-oriented How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
