The Talent Acquisition Specialist I supports the branch offices in their efforts to hire internal clinical and operations staff throughout an assigned territory/region. This process includes, but is not limited to, internet recruiting, cold calling, and alternative recruiting strategies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist I works closely to strategically develop and carry out recruitment plans with regional leadership to fill all internal positions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruits clinical and non-clinical professionals through various means, including: contacting referrals, searching internet job boards, contacting applicants, reaching out to professional clinical organizations, etc. Thoroughly discusses open positions with candidates, including explanation of job description, office environment, necessary qualifications, etc., and from these conversations determines quality of candidates Develops marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates Partners with hiring managers to staff offices in a timely manner Manages applicant and interview tracking system for region(s) Manages online job postings and requisitions for assigned region(s) Promotes diversity and ensures all managers are compliant with EEOC regulations Reports all hiring-practice concerns to Manager Partners with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure an efficient hiring process Performs other duties as assigned/necessary Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred One to two (1-2) years of previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Internet, and email, required Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks Must demonstrate ability to work well and effectively with others Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: Medical/Prescription, Dental, Vision, Health Advocacy (company paid if enrolled Medical), Health Advocate Employee Assistance Program, Health Savings Account , 401(k), 401(k) Company Match, Profit Sharing, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Primary Caregiver Leave, Parental Leave, Life and Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Hospital Expense Protection Plan, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Home and Auto Insurance, Pet Insurance, MilkStork, Transportation Benefit, Educational Assistance Program, College Partnership Program, Paid Time Off/Company Holidays *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
