Demonstrate recruitment best practices and lead recruitment initiativesPartner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategiesScreen talent pools to confirm qualifications including: experience, knowledge and attributes, interest, job fit, total reward requirements and work authorizationCreate searches for qualified candidates to maintain a talent pipelineIdentify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively source qualified candidatesPrepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online database, employee referrals, internal databases, associate networks, etcPartner with other Talent Acquisition team members to coordinate strategies and activities in order to create efficiencies and collaborate on marketplace talent opportunitiesDevelop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing effortsProvide insights and recommendations for future Talent Acquisition needsProvide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by analyzing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvementCoach and mentor other Talent Acquisition Specialists and assistantsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or equivalent,Atleast 5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in HR or MBAStrong selling skills with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managersKnowledgeable in employment law and hiring practicesPC skills including in-depth Internet and database knowledge and working proficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteApplicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, preferably WorkdayExcellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationshipsAbility to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managersProactive, innovative and problem solving skillsCollaborative team playerExcellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environmentOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
