Talent Acquisition Specialist \/ Recruiter (Hybrid)

Essential Job Responsibilities:\n\nConduct nationwide full-cycle recruitment for exempt and nonexempt office services personnel.\nPost job requisitions and utilizes TMG's internal ATS and job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc. to source candidates.\nConduct phone interviews and submit qualified candidates for hiring consideration.\nDrive offer process, including verbally extending offers, providing feedback on negotiation requests, and creating offer documents.\nSubmit and evaluate background check requests.\nAssist with collecting, verifying, and submitting new hire documents.\nSupport HR team with record retention and reporting.\nMaintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.\nAssist with onboarding and orientation initiatives for all newly hired personnel.\nProduce compensation benchmarks based on market-data. Audit and analyze internal compensation practices in relation to relevant regulations.\nProvide back-up for administrative and reporting duties.\nPerform other related duties as required and assigned.\n\n

Requirements:\n\nBA in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other business-related concentration preferred.\nMinimum of 1 year of related experience.\nExperience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System.\nProficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nWell-organized, with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize work and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.\n
