Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the non-durable wholesale distribution industry in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in facilitating the hiring process, from preparing offer letters to ensuring the completion of necessary hiring documents. Responsibilities • Facilitate the recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer • Prepare and present offer letters to potential hires • Ensure all necessary hiring documents are accurately completed and filed • Utilize ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) to manage recruitment flow • Employ the use of ADP Financial Services for recruitment-related tasks • Manage and update candidate data in the CRM system • Use Careerbuilder and other recruitment tools to source potential candidates • Perform background checks as part of pre-employment screening • Handle basic accounting and benefit functions related to recruitment • Excellent communication skills are required to interact with potential hires and internal teams. Requirements • Possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services to streamline financial operations. • Have a strong comprehension of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data exchange. • Experience with CareerBuilder for effective talent sourcing and recruitment. • Proficient in using CRM to manage and analyze customer interactions and data. • Must be knowledgeable in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to integrate and manage the essential parts of the business. • Familiarity with About Time software for effective time tracking and management. • Able to perform Accounting Functions to ensure the financial health of the organization. • Capable of conducting Background Checks to verify the credentials of potential hires. • Must understand Benefit Functions to manage employee benefits effectively. • Excellent Communication skills for clear and concise interactions with all levels of the organization.
