Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcing Director

**Job Description**
The Director of Strategic Sourcing is responsible for establishing and leading a comprehensive sourcing strategy across all US business units for both hourly and salaried roles. This role will drive innovation within the sourcing function, ensuring solutions are competitive and effective in attracting diverse, high-quality talent swiftly. The Director of Strategic Sourcing will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Field Recruiting leaders, to deliver proactive and efficient sourcing solutions that drive successful hiring outcomes. As a relationship builder and trusted partner, the Sourcing Director will work across the COE, HR, and business leaders, providing expert sourcing insights by staying updated on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and business needs.
**Job Responsibilities**
Develop and lead comprehensive sourcing function to deliver proactive pipelining and active sourcing to ensure successful hiring outcomes for talent at all levels of the organization
? Develops proven and innovative candidate sourcing strategies and talent pipelines based on market data and analytics.
? Drive tailored sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent, partnering closely with the DEI function to leverage the organizational DEI strategy
? Provides strategic sourcing expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons, functions as subject matter expert on all sourcing activities
? Leads multi-layered team to deliver continuous sourcing of high volume, repeatable roles, sourcing on niche, low volume/high complexity jobs and deliver sourcing on new business needs
? Build comprehensive external partnership strategy to ensure continuous pipeline of quality and diverse talent
? Develop and implement internal sourcing strategy to effectively plan for gaps and cultivate internal talent pipeline
? Lead event and project coordination for new business needs, ensuring visibility into performance and capacity, and anticipating new business requirements through business partnerships.
? Assists with defining, tracking and analyzing talent acquisition metrics.
? Develops practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance.
? Leads competitive intelligence efforts through shared partnership with talent acquisition teams.
? Partners closely with Field Recruiting Directors to understand business needs to build sourcing strategy and prioritize efforts
? Lead a high performing and multi-layered team
? Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
? 7 + years of experience sourcing experience. Blend of sourcing/recruiting experience welcome.
? Prior team leadership experience required.
? Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including proactive direct sourcing, data mining, candidate/marketplace research, and selection techniques.
? Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
? Demonstrated experience with ATS and CRM technologies required. MS Office experience, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
? Leadership and influence skills; ability to effectively communicate & network at both executive and operational levels
? Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
? Strong data and analytics skill set required to lead evolution and development of dashboards; must be comfortable with large data sets from various systems
