JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibilities of the Lead Talent Acquisition Representative include supervising and supporting the Talent Acquisition Team to execute efficient recruiting operations for corporate and store-level roles. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Training, this role is key in ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and effectively. The Lead Talent Acquisition Representative fosters a collaborative team environment while maintaining a strong focus on attracting and hiring top talent.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, mentor, and support the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with best practices, KPIs, and overall goals. Foster collaboration and provide guidance on challenging recruitments.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with the Director of Talent and Training. Lead high-priority or complex recruitment, ensuring effective sourcing and a diverse candidate pool.
Manage staffing for both corporate and assigned store-level openings.
Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Training to manage relationships with recruitment vendors, ensure effective partnerships, and evaluate vendor performance to align with organizational hiring strategies and budget.
Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring smooth, positive interactions and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular updates to leadership. Adjust strategies based on data and results.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, establish clear expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and ensure compliance with company standards and industry trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Strong leadership and supervisory skills to guide and support a recruitment team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members, candidates, and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
This position requires up to 25% travel.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a retail or similar industry.
Experience with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employees must frequently use their hands to handle or feel objects and must be able to speak and hear clearly.
The employee may occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
