We have a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our growing company!

 

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the field recruitment process. This role may supervise a team of recruiters and coordinators and work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Team Lead also plays a key role in screening and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers; Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the organization's recruitment efforts are effective and efficient. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Team Lead provide training on recruiting processes and systems.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred5+ years of solid recruiting experience; high volume recruiting for multiple sites, preferredProven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Ability to travel as needed for business

Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for field positions.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.Identify and utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events.Proactively source potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and referrals.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role.Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and other stakeholders.Utilize behavioral and situational interviewing techniques to identify the best candidates.Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.Provide guidance and support to new employees during their initial period of employment.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Coach and mentor Talent Acquisition team members on recruiting strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience.Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall organizational goals.Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
