About the role
Our Talent Acquisition team, composed of 13 people, is integrated in the HR Business Service Line department. As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will be responsible for developing, executing and implementing talent sourcing and acquisition strategies. You will do this by working in collaboration with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and enhance an effective recruiting program that will attract highly qualified individuals by understanding current market trends and talent pools. You will be accountable for: Writing and publishing our internal/external Job Postings by using Solvay’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to develop clear and concise results-oriented job descriptions and for taking ownership in the published advertisement. Sourcing and interviewing of candidates by using all of Solvay’s digital and direct sourcing channels to engage candidates and conduct unbiased behavioral-based interviews. End to End candidate management by being the first impression and Solvay contact person to candidates and carry this effective communication through the end of the recruiting process. Tracking candidates and positions in the ATS by taking ownership and accountability for your requisitions to ensure all applicants are correctly dispositioned in the ATS and in accordance with local compliance requirements. Recruit local market to fill critical needs by developing recruiting strategies for site specific recruiting channels and partnerships We offer an internship (6 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.
