We work with families in settings that are safe and familiar to them, and view them as equal partners when planning, developing, and monitoring care. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of roles within our senior communities. + Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support. + Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including the use of social media, job boards, and other recruiting tools. + Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. + Collaborate with the hiring leaders to continually improve recruitment practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals and values. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system. **REQUIREMENTS** + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and 3 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/Equivalency and 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience required.
