Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports talent acquisition efforts across the organization and conducts the full recruitment cycle for professional and frontline positions.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
+ Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
+ Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for the company culture and position requirements.
+ Conduct the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
+ Maintain and nurture relationships with candidates and provide them with necessary information throughout the hiring process.
+ Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions/profiles.
+ Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
+ Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring teams.
+ Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.
+ Manage candidate communication and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
+ Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
+ Identify sources and recruitment opportunities to attract diverse candidates.
Qualifications
+ College degree preferred
+ 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition; manufacturing and/or distribution preferred.
+ Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work individually and in a collaborative team environment.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions with a sense of urgency.
+ Combined experience in creative sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing.
