The position: The Recruiter will partner with Hiring Managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company to deliver the best talent. The Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going hiring manager relationships all while having FUN doing it! 

Responsibilities Develop strong relationships and partner with Hiring ManagersWork closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting top talentTrack and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activityRegular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment processActively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projectsAttract passive job seekers by using creative sourcing strategiesMaintain recruiting process and create a positive candidate experienceImplement search strategy and customize to specific rolesHigh volume requisition load, consistently 65 -85 requisitions at a time Qualifications 5+ years recruiting experienceBachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experienceiCIMS Software experience preferredUltimate Software experience a plusTech-savvy; comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and platformsDiscretion in dealing with confidential informationAbility to manage multiple, changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management skillsProficiency using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams highly preferred
