Description Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is searching for a Talent Analyst to join our team! The Talent Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR data within all HR/Talent Systems. This role will ensure data accuracy, generate HR reports and metrics, and provide insights to support HR initiatives and decision-making. The Talent Analyst will work closely with the HR and Talent team to enhance data reporting and analytics capabilities. 

Responsibilities:        

Manage HR data within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation checks.  Conducts various data audits, including running ad hoc reports which aim to maintain data integrity, and troubleshoot systems or data issues.  Develops and generates complex HR compliance-specific queries and reports as needed.  Develop a full and detailed understanding of HR data available across the organization to be to then be able to extract from all systems and consolidate data into meaningful metrics, reports and dashboards to stakeholders.   Gathers and analyzes talent-related data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights  Utilizes statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within talent-related data  Partners closely with business leaders to understand their needs, objectives, and data challenges with a solutions-oriented and analytical mindset  Run and distribute highly complex scheduled reports and support business requests for ad hoc report generation.  Develop and deliver comprehensive HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.   Develop and maintain HR dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time data insights.  Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of HR data within the HRIS, implementing best practices for data management.  Support training and support to HR staff and other stakeholders on the effective use of HRIS systems.  Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve data reporting and analytics capabilities.  Assist in the implementation and testing of new HRIS modules and features.  Provide user support and training on HR data reporting and analytics.  Stay current on HR data analytics trends and best practices to continually improve data insights and reporting.  Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:        

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.  3+ years of experience in HR data analysis or HRIS administration. Strong knowledge of HRIS applications (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). May require a valid drivers license. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.  Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. 

Compensation: $78,000 - $93,000 per year
